• Reserving a puppy by placing a non-refundable deposit.
• Finalizing the adoption by completing the remaining balance payment before taking ownership of the puppy.
We reserve the right to deny any adoption request if we believe the home environment is unsuitable for the puppy’s well-being.
4. Payments and Deposits
💳 Deposit Policy: All deposits paid to reserve a Basenji puppy are non-refundable. The deposit is applied toward the final adoption fee.
💵 Final Payment: The remaining balance of the adoption fee must be paid in full before the puppy is handed over to the new owner.
✔ Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer.
5. Health Guarantee
All puppies from Royal Senji receive a veterinary health check and vaccinations before adoption.

• The puppy has received proper care, including regular veterinary check-ups.

We offer both local pick-up and shipping options for our Basenji puppies.
📍 Local Pickup: If you are nearby, we encourage in-person pick-up. This allows us to introduce you to the puppy and provide guidance on their care.
✈ Shipping: For adopters in distant locations, we can arrange safe and secure transport. Shipping fees and arrangements will be discussed at the time of adoption.
📅 Delivery Dates: Pickup and shipping dates will be scheduled once the puppy is old enough and ready for its new home. We will keep you updated on your puppy’s progress.
7. Use of Website
